When You Arrive for Your First Visit

When you enter Prospect Cottage through the green door in the front of the building, you will enter the waiting room. Please note that we do not have a receptionist. If this is your first visit, there may be paperwork with your name attached to a clipboard in the waiting room for you to complete while you wait. Simply have a seat, and at the time of your scheduled appointment, your therapist will come to the waiting room to get you. Please note: If you are in need of the restroom, please quietly come through the door with the “Welcome to Prospect Cottage” sign, and you will find the bathroom the 2nd door on your right. When you are finished, please return to the waiting room until your therapist comes for you.
